Colorado Families for Vaccines created our 2026 Pro-Vaccine Voter Guide to provide Coloradans with information about candidates’ documented positions and actions related to vaccines, immunization policy, and public health.

The guide draws on responses to our 2026 Candidate Questionnaire as well as documented legislative activity related to vaccine policy. It is intended as one resource voters can use to learn more about candidates and the issues that matter to them.

If you don't see the candidates in your districts listed on the guide, find your Colorado legislative candidates with your sample ballot, and ask them to complete our survey. You can access the Candidate Survey here.  Many of the new candidates have emails listed on their candidate websites, and you can send the candidate survey link from your own email. If you do see your legislator has received an endorsement, please thank them!
